Role & Responsibilities

  • Update and structure databases using Excel.
  • Create a summary file of key performance indicators for activity tracking using PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Optimize the CMMS platform, including layout adjustments, user guide creation, and data utilization.
  • Draft internal procedures for the audiovisual team.
  • Develop user guides for employees and an onboarding guide for new technicians.
  • Design a SharePoint site showcasing meeting rooms with photos, equipment, and capacities.
  • Create a roadmap for the preparatory stages of corporate live events.
  • Monitor maintenance activities in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Inspect meeting room equipment, identify issues, and report incidents.
  • Organize logistics related to audiovisual equipment management, including inventory and disposal or donation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in General Services, Audiovisual, IT, Management, or Workplace Environment.
  • Initial experience in a similar setting (employee services, audiovisual, etc.).

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 365 tools (SharePoint), with a preference for Power BI and Power Platform. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Motivation, versatility, and a strong service orientation.

Experience

Initial experience in a similar setting, such as employee services or audiovisual environments, is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
