Chanel is hiring a Tech Lead — Anaplan in Paris to lead Anaplan architecture, model development and integrations for global FP&A.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and governance of Anaplan models and HyperModel architecture across global FP&A and commercial planning use cases.
- Own technical delivery for Anaplan projects: specification, build, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support, ensuring adherence to modelling best practices.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, Retail, Supply Chain) to translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.
- Supervise and mentor Anaplan model builders and third‑party consultants; conduct architecture and code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Define and operate data integration patterns between enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouse, BI tools) and Anaplan using connectors and APIs.
- Establish and maintain release management, model documentation, access controls and user training programs to ensure sustainable adoption.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as an Anaplan lead or senior model builder on multiple end‑to‑end implementations.
- Recognised Anaplan certification(s) (e.g., Certified Model Builder); demonstrable mastery of HyperModel design principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with FP&A, commercial teams and IT leadership.
- Proficiency in data integration approaches and experience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP) and ETL/connector tools.
- Fluent technical communication and ability to produce clear documentation and run user training sessions.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years working with Anaplan or comparable planning platforms, including multiple full lifecycle implementations, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or technical lead capacity responsible for architecture and delivery.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
