Chanel seeks a Team Manager for Brown Thomas, Dublin — lead boutique operations, clienteling and sales for the Chanel boutique in Dublin.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and motivate a multi-disciplinary boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver exemplary luxury service.
  • Own daily store operations including staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures, visual standards and compliance with brand policies.
  • Develop and execute clienteling strategies to grow and retain high-value clients, ensuring personalised follow-up and CRM hygiene.
  • Drive merchandising and floor presentation to uphold Chanel visual standards and maximize sell-through of seasonal assortments.
  • Manage stock control, deliveries and inventory processes to minimize loss and ensure product availability for clients.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales performance; implement action plans, conduct regular feedback and carry out performance reviews.
  • Ensure all transactions, safekeeping of assets and cash handling comply with internal control and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Partner with regional leadership and corporate teams on launches, training initiatives and local marketing activations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable leadership ability with experience supervising retail teams in a luxury or premium environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships in high-end fashion or beauty.
  • Strong organisational capability with experience in store operations, merchandising and stock management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional manner appropriate to a luxury client base.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience

Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
