Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a boutique accessories team within the Harrods concessions to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Drive client development through proactive clienteling, VIP service and relationship management.
  • Implement and maintain Chanel retail standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and in‑store activations.
  • Coach, mentor and develop direct reports; conduct performance reviews and manage rotas in line with business needs.
  • Manage stock control processes, including receiving, inventory reconciliation and loss prevention procedures.
  • Analyse daily and weekly sales KPIs, communicate results to senior management and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure full compliance with Chanel brand policies, Harrods concession rules and legal requirements (cash handling, health & safety).
  • Coordinate with regional managers and Harrods operations to deliver store initiatives, launches and client events.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably within accessories, leather goods or fashion boutiques.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high‑value retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on client development and VIP service.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail in merchandising, stock control and administrative tasks.
  • Availability to work retail hours required by a Harrods concession, including evenings and weekends.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail management, business or fashion is desirable.
