Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a boutique accessories team within the Harrods concessions to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Drive client development through proactive clienteling, VIP service and relationship management.
- Implement and maintain Chanel retail standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and in‑store activations.
- Coach, mentor and develop direct reports; conduct performance reviews and manage rotas in line with business needs.
- Manage stock control processes, including receiving, inventory reconciliation and loss prevention procedures.
- Analyse daily and weekly sales KPIs, communicate results to senior management and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with Chanel brand policies, Harrods concession rules and legal requirements (cash handling, health & safety).
- Coordinate with regional managers and Harrods operations to deliver store initiatives, launches and client events.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably within accessories, leather goods or fashion boutiques.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high‑value retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on client development and VIP service.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail in merchandising, stock control and administrative tasks.
- Availability to work retail hours required by a Harrods concession, including evenings and weekends.

Experience
Typically requires several years of hands‑on luxury retail experience with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or team manager role, ideally within accessories or leather goods. Demonstrable success in client development, sales management and staff coaching is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in retail management, business or fashion is desirable.
