Sustainability Project Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Sustainability Project Manager in coordinating and providing operational advice across various fashion sectors including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Footwear, and Jewelry.
• Provide operational support by producing sustainability-related content in close collaboration with partners on processes and manufacturing.
• Participate in the program in partnership with the University of Cambridge, focusing on sustainability in manufacturing, including energy, water, and waste management.
• Assist in project management through planning and tracking programs using calendars, deliverables, deadlines, and milestones, and by updating tracking tools such as dashboards and shared schedules.
• Contribute to the deployment of support tools for manufacturing, including guidelines, key issue summaries, and recommendations.
• Produce analytical and project animation deliverables, including benchmarks, in-depth studies, committee reports, working notes, and presentations on sustainability topics.
• Actively participate in team and company activities, including team meetings, training, and other cross-functional tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in consulting or project management, preferably in sustainability.
• Strong interest in sustainability issues and environmental challenges.
• Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is highly appreciated.
