Supply / Procurement Technician
Chanel seeks a Supply / Procurement Technician in Verneuil-en-Halatte: manage purchase orders, supplier follow-up and stock control for production.

Role & Responsibilities
- Process and follow up purchase orders across the procurement cycle to ensure timely supply for production lines.
- Coordinate daily communications with suppliers and logistics partners to track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishments to prevent production interruptions; support inventory reconciliations.
- Manage goods receipt procedures, validate incoming material documentation and report non-conformities to quality teams.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation and records to ensure traceability and compliance with internal standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (planning, production, quality) to prioritise requisitions and expedite critical items.
- Support supplier performance monitoring and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
- Contribute to data entry and maintenance of sourcing information within enterprise systems and spreadsheets.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent (BTS/DUT or similar) or relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrable experience in operational purchasing or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective communicator, able to interact professionally with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with capacity to act decisively under time constraints.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and regulatory/documentary requirements for inbound materials.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 1–3 years of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing administration or materials management; experience within a manufacturing or luxury goods environment is highly desirable.
Education
BTS/DUT or equivalent vocational qualification in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
