Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee packaging operations within the European Fashion Operations & Innovation team.
- Assist the Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager in managing various projects.
- Enhance operational efficiency in packaging distribution across European fashion boutiques.
- Support the Retail Transformation Project Manager in managing the total fashion stock process from global to boutique level.
- Ensure the distribution of packaging assortments through monthly and annual forecasts, activity tracking, and restocking.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on product distribution to align with Chanel's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and evaluate distribution processes for continuous improvement.
- Manage projects related to boutique openings, new references, and market communication.
- Assist in the development and definition of projects aimed at transforming European Retail Fashion.
- Manage stock packaging flows and reorders, and participate in process improvement projects.
- Provide occasional support on boutique uniform projects and distribution of Fragrance & Beauty products.
- Handle access management for internal Retail Mode Europe tools, ensuring compliance with internal audit rules.
Qualifications
- Currently in the second part of a gap year or final year of a Master's program in engineering or business.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
- Experience in project management, business analysis, or retail operations is preferred.
