Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager on retail packaging initiatives across Europe, ensuring alignment with program timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (retail, merchandising, sourcing, logistics, sustainability, and external packaging suppliers) to drive project deliverables and resolve operational issues.
- Compile, analyse and visualise packaging data (cost, lead times, volumes, environmental KPIs) to inform decision-making and track performance against targets.
- Prepare clear, executive-level presentations and written updates for steering committees and project sponsors.
- Maintain project documentation: schedules, risk logs, specifications, technical packs and test plans; follow up on action items to closure.
- Support packaging specification reviews and pilot deployments in retail stores, including quality checks and feedback consolidation.
- Contribute to change-management activities: training materials, rollout checklists and stakeholder communication for new packaging solutions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a graduate programme (Master’s level) in Supply Chain, Industrial/Packaging Engineering, Logistics, Business or equivalent.
- Demonstrable interest or coursework in packaging, retail operations or sustainability in the consumer goods sector.
- Strong analytical aptitude with proven proficiency in data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities within a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
Skills
Experience
Prior internship experience (3–12 months) in supply chain, packaging, retail operations or consulting is preferred. Demonstrated exposure to cross‑functional projects and basic project coordination duties is expected.
Education
Graduate-level student (Master’s) in Supply Chain, Industrial or Packaging Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
