Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the regional supply chain team with day-to-day logistics and inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels and movement.
  • Assist in purchase order tracking and supplier follow-up to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to demand forecasting and inventory planning by preparing data extracts, consolidation and variance analysis.
  • Prepare regular KPI reports and presentations for supply chain stakeholders and participate in cross-functional meetings.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose small-scale improvements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support ad hoc projects such as seasonal planning, product launches or channel replenishment activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manipulate data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • High level of organisation, accuracy and discretion when handling commercial and logistical information.

Experience

No extensive professional experience required; candidates should be students or recent graduates. Previous internships or coursework in logistics, procurement, inventory management or retail operations are advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline (in progress or recently completed).
