Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the order portfolio within market constraints and specificities, optimizing allocation and lead time, and overseeing packaging and shipping when necessary.
  • Handle new product launch orders, ensuring alignment with forecasts, product availability, and desired delivery dates in accordance with local marketing plans.
  • Serve as the primary contact for markets including Mexico, Brazil, Switzerland, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and the Middle East, optimizing order flows according to business priorities.
  • Maintain operational links with distribution center interfaces and supply chain teams to ensure global flow efficiency.
  • Monitor the portfolio and maintain specific zone indicators for regular activity reporting to the supervisor.
  • Continuously engage with markets through meetings, report writing, KPI analysis, and feedback.
  • Participate in process changes within the zone, adopting and proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting optimizations for tools and processes, playing a key role in process construction based on quantitative analysis and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience or education in supply chain management.
  • Curiosity and strong analytical skills.
  • Creativity in proposing solutions with an operational and analytical focus.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills. Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP SD module experience being advantageous. Proficiency in English for daily communication with international partners.

Experience

Previous experience in supply chain management or a related field is required.

Education

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
