Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Trade, Gratuit, and Retail flows alongside Supply Managers.
- Ensure optimal service rates by managing allocation requests with Supply partners and informing internal partners about product availability.
- Handle transporter follow-ups and returns.
- Optimize stock allocation within the Retail network.
- Participate in digital and innovation projects, contributing to process automation for continuous improvement.
- Conduct weekly analysis of supply chain disruptions and communicate findings to boutiques and internal partners.
- Monitor and share Power BI dashboards with boutiques and internal partners.
- Propose new methods for sharing KPIs internally and externally to enhance logistical performance.
- Prepare analyses to develop tailored action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5 equivalent).
- Fluency in French.

Proven experience in management, supply chain, or operations is required.
