Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique sales advisors in delivering personalised client experiences for fragrance and beauty clientele.
  • Advise customers on product selection, application and gifting, demonstrating detailed knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and window displays to brand standards and participate in in-store launches and promotional events.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and assist with order fulfilment and after-sales follow-up.
  • Manage stockroom tasks including inventory checks, replenishment and receiving deliveries in line with boutique procedures.
  • Contribute to clienteling activities and CRM updates, recording client preferences and follow-up actions under senior guidance.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor, Grande École or vocational program) in business, fashion, cosmetics or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable client-service orientation and polished professional manner.
  • Interest in fragrance and beauty categories and eagerness to develop product expertise.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak retail periods; ability to work in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Prior retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

Previous customer-facing or retail experience is advantageous; the role is open to students currently enrolled in tertiary education seeking a summer internship in luxury retail.
