Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Style Expertise project team for European activities, coordinating timelines, samples and fittings across development phases.
  • Liaise with design, technical development, production and regional merchandising teams to track project milestones and action items.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documents, fit notes, presentation materials and status reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist during fittings and quality checks; document observations and follow up on corrective actions with suppliers and ateliers.
  • Contribute to trend and material research, benchmarking and the compilation of dossiers that inform styling decisions.
  • Help organise meetings and workshops, capture minutes and ensure follow‑through on deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in a recognised undergraduate or graduate programme in Fashion, Product Development, Fashion Management or equivalent (required for alternance).
  • Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Keen understanding of garment construction, fit processes and sampling workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanour when interacting with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Experience

Current academic enrolment with prior internships or practical exposure in fashion product development, styling, technical design or project coordination preferred; proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and handle administrative project tasks.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Fashion, Product Development, Industrialisation, Fashion Management or a closely related discipline (required for apprenticeship).
