Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the store's commercial performance, ensuring sales targets and profitability are met in accordance with the annual commercial plan.
  • Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Drive business development through local activations, client events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure exceptional client experience, acting as the brand ambassador and maintaining high luxury service standards.
  • Manage client relationships and oversee clienteling practices to foster repeat business.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Ensure operational excellence in scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
  • Execute visual merchandising in line with global guidelines, adapting to local market needs.
  • Prepare and submit business reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and developing high-performing retail teams.
  • Experience in high-end or luxury retail, preferably with menswear.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage client relationships.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong internal and external customer service capabilities. Proficiency in clienteling and CRM systems. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

Experience

Experience in high-end or luxury retail, with a focus on menswear preferred.
