Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and accurately record incoming deliveries of merchandise; verify quantities and quality against delivery documentation.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to luxury retail standards, ensuring items are stored, protected and easily retrievable.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; support cycle counts and full stocktakes.
  • Pick, pack and prepare stock transfers, returns and internal requisitions for boutique floor replenishment.
  • Coordinate closely with boutique sales teams and logistics to prioritize replenishment and support client orders.
  • Adhere to security, loss-prevention and brand handling protocols for high-value merchandise.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date stock records and documentation; report anomalies to management promptly.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in France for the duration of the fixed-term contract.
  • Proven reliability, strong attention to detail and capacity to handle delicate, high-value products.
  • Physical ability to perform repeated lifting, carrying and standing for prolonged periods.
  • Basic numeracy and organisational skills; ability to follow established stock control procedures.
  • Excellent team orientation and clear communication skills in a retail environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse or logistics role is preferred; experience handling luxury or high-value merchandise is an advantage.
