Chanel Milan seeks a Stockroom Associate (temporary) to manage inventory, process deliveries and support sales-floor replenishment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
  • Manage stockroom organisation, ensuring items are stored according to brand handling standards and easily accessible for merchandising.
  • Replenish the sales floor promptly and accurately, coordinating with sales and visual teams to maintain presentation standards.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support full inventory audits, reconciling discrepancies and updating stock records.
  • Prepare goods for return, repair or transfer and complete associated paperwork in compliance with company procedures.
  • Operate barcode scanners and basic stock systems to record movements; maintain impeccable product cleanliness and packaging.
  • Support loss-prevention measures by monitoring stockroom access and adhering to security protocols.
  • Collaborate with store management to prioritise urgent requests during peak trading periods or special events.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail stockroom, warehouse, or logistics role; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven attention to detail and high standards for product handling and presentation.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible retail hours including weekends and peak seasons.
  • Ability to lift and move stock items safely and repeatedly during a shift.
  • Legal authorization to work in Italy.

Experience

Entry-level to 2 years of relevant experience in retail or warehouse environments; prior exposure to luxury goods handling is advantageous.
