Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise in accordance with brand quality and packaging standards.
  • Maintain and organise the boutique stockroom, ensuring accurate shelving, tagging and secure storage of inventory.
  • Prepare and stage merchandise for the sales floor, including replenishment, steaming/pressing and visual presentation handover to the store team.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to support stock accuracy.
  • Coordinate transfers and returns with other boutiques or the central warehouse and assist with shipment preparation and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures, housekeeping standards and health & safety rules in the back‑of‑house area.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an alternance (apprenticeship) contract in France and enrolled in a recognised vocational or higher education programme.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational aptitude for handling high‑value luxury merchandise.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to handle routine manual tasks (lifting, standing, repetitive movements).
  • Reliable, discrete and able to maintain confidentiality around clients and product flows.
  • Basic numeracy for stock reconciliation and record keeping.

Experience

Currently at student or early‑career level; previous retail, stockroom or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Comfortable working within a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Education

Enrolled in an apprenticeship or vocational programme in retail, fashion, logistics, supply chain or an equivalent field.
