Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and unpack incoming deliveries; verify quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
  • Organise and maintain the boutique stockroom to Chanel standards, ensuring efficient storage and optimal accessibility of inventory.
  • Perform stock replenishment on the sales floor according to merchandising directives and seasonal priorities.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts, report discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Prepare items for sales, returns and transfers; process tagging, steaming and minor presentation tasks as needed.
  • Support loss-prevention measures through careful handling, accurate recording and adherence to security procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with sales advisors and store management to prioritise replenishment and special client requests.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date paperwork and digital records related to inventory movements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship programme (vocational diploma, BTS, Bachelor or equivalent) in retail, logistics or a related discipline.
  • Authorised to work in France for the duration of the apprenticeship.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual and capable of managing physical tasks in a busy retail environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a boutique team.
  • Discretion and respect for client privacy and luxury-brand standards.

Experience
