Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and unpack incoming deliveries; verify quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
- Organise and maintain the boutique stockroom to Chanel standards, ensuring efficient storage and optimal accessibility of inventory.
- Perform stock replenishment on the sales floor according to merchandising directives and seasonal priorities.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts, report discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare items for sales, returns and transfers; process tagging, steaming and minor presentation tasks as needed.
- Support loss-prevention measures through careful handling, accurate recording and adherence to security procedures.
- Collaborate closely with sales advisors and store management to prioritise replenishment and special client requests.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date paperwork and digital records related to inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship programme (vocational diploma, BTS, Bachelor or equivalent) in retail, logistics or a related discipline.
- Authorised to work in France for the duration of the apprenticeship.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and capable of managing physical tasks in a busy retail environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a boutique team.
- Discretion and respect for client privacy and luxury-brand standards.

Entry-level role suitable for candidates beginning an apprenticeship; previous retail or stockroom experience is advantageous, particularly within luxury or fashion retail.
Education
Enrolment in an accredited alternance/apprenticeship programme (vocational diploma, BTS, Bachelor or equivalent).
