Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception and dispatch of products to retail boutiques, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in both physical and digital records.
  • Conduct visual inspections of product packaging and contents, addressing any discrepancies with the support of a coordinator.
  • Prepare daily product replenishments, optimizing packaging for safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Execute inter-boutique and inter-region product transfers with appropriate prioritization.
  • Maintain accurate digital records of stock movements, conducting regular inventory checks using RFID technology.
  • Collaborate with the central shipping hub and participate in transformational projects, including sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide personalized support to retail boutiques, addressing product conditioning and inventory alerts.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in stock management with strong technical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and resolve issues swiftly.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and teamwork abilities.
  • Sensitivity to product details and experience in retail or distribution centers.

Skills

Proficiency in inventory management systems and RFID technology. Strong organizational and logical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Basic English language proficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or distribution center environment is required.
