Role & Responsibilities
- Support all stock operations including recording merchandise movements, receiving and shipping products in accordance with Maison procedures.
- Collaborate in organizing and maintaining stock orderliness, ensuring products are always available and well-presented.
- Utilize automated allocation systems and update receiving and shipping plans in coordination with the team.
- Prepare shipments and packaging material refills, ensuring compliance with Chanel standards.
- Work closely with the boutique team and Stock Manager to ensure efficient product flow, especially during launches and strategic activities.
- Adhere to timelines and operational procedures, contributing to the smooth functioning of stock management.
- Communicate any useful information to improve stock management.
- Respect Maison guidelines regarding safety, organization, and quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles within the retail/luxury sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, dynamism, and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork predisposition.
- Excellent knowledge of English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Motivation and interest in working in a dynamic and international environment.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
