Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct quality checks on all merchandise upon receipt, ensuring product integrity.
- Report and document defective goods for corrective action.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and tidy stock room for Fashion, Watch, and Fine Jewellery items.
- Assist in sorting and organizing daily deliveries from warehouse to boutique.
- Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained across all product categories.
- Participate in monthly stock takes at both warehouse and boutique locations.
- Support stock transfers and packing processes.
- Provide administrative support, including handling shipping and invoicing tasks.
- Assist on the boutique floor as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage phone enquiries regarding products.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- O’ Level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Education
O’ Level qualification.
