Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the social media project manager in planning and executing seasonal campaigns and product launches across Chanel's fashion channels.
  • Maintain and update the editorial and publishing calendar, ensuring alignment with global marketing timelines and product availability.
  • Coordinate content production: prepare creative briefs, liaise with internal teams, external agencies, photographers and talent, and track asset delivery.
  • Assist with community monitoring and day-to-day social operations, escalating issues and summarising audience feedback for stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyse and present campaign performance metrics and weekly reporting to inform optimisation and post-campaign learnings.
  • Ensure all social content complies with brand guidelines and legal/rights requirements; manage asset libraries and version control.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to campaign budgeting, scheduling, meeting coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or Fashion, eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract in France.
  • Demonstrable interest in luxury fashion and digital culture with a keen eye for creative detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; professionalism in stakeholder interaction and briefing.
  • Proactive mindset, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a high‑standards, fast‑paced environment.

Experience

Previous internship or project experience in social media, digital marketing or communications is preferred; 6–12 months of relevant experience advantageous but not mandatory for alternance candidates.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Fashion) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract in France.
