Role & Responsibilities

Assist the Social Media Manager and team with daily operational tasks for platforms such as X and LINE.
Translate key documents and communications between Japanese and English.
Coordinate with corporate and local divisions, overseeing publishing tools and calendars.
Track local content consumption trends and compile best practice examples.
Provide occasional administrative support, including scheduling, travel, and room bookings.
Organize and compile regular reports on social media initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree level education.
Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
Advanced English skills are advantageous.

Skills

Strong understanding and interest in major social media platforms such as X and LINE. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interpret, prioritize, and execute tasks with attention to detail. Strong work ethic and team spirit. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
