Role & Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to Human Resources teams across all Group entities on individual and collective labor relations, including contract management, disciplinary procedures, and payroll interactions.
- Support pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with Human Resources teams.
- Assist in the legal and social aspects of organizational changes and the implementation of HR policies.
- Prepare and participate in negotiations and drafting of Group collective agreements.
- Design and deliver training modules for HR teams on shared topics.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent (BAC+5).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer specializing in Social Law.
