Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel to Human Resources teams across all Group entities on individual and collective labor relations, including contract management, disciplinary procedures, and payroll interactions.
  • Support pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with Human Resources teams.
  • Assist in the legal and social aspects of organizational changes and the implementation of HR policies.
  • Prepare and participate in negotiations and drafting of Group collective agreements.
  • Design and deliver training modules for HR teams on shared topics.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent (BAC+5).
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a corporate lawyer specializing in Social Law.

Experience

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a corporate legal environment, specializing in Social Law, handling both individual and collective cases.
