Chanel seeks a Skincare Therapist in Paris to deliver luxury facial treatments, clienteling and product expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, bespoke facial and body skincare treatments in accordance with Chanel techniques and protocols.
  • Conduct detailed skin analyses and tailor treatment plans and product recommendations to each client's needs.
  • Provide exemplary client service and clienteling: build and maintain long-term relationships, manage appointment follow-up, and nurture repeat business.
  • Achieve and contribute to sales and retail KPI targets through consultative selling and product education.
  • Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards of hygiene, safety and presentation.
  • Record client histories and treatment notes accurately and manage bookings using the salon/retail appointment system.
  • Participate in brand training, product launches and retail events to sustain product expertise and service consistency.
  • Comply with local regulations and company policies regarding sanitation, health and safety.

Qualifications

  • Vocational diploma or certified qualification in beauty therapy, aesthetics or an equivalent credential.
  • Valid license or certification where required by local regulation to perform aesthetic treatments.
  • Proven ability to conduct professional skin consultations and perform advanced facial treatments.

Experience

Prior experience in a luxury beauty or spa environment is preferred; typically 1–3 years delivering professional skincare treatments and achieving retail sales targets within a premium brand or independent spa.

Education

Diploma or professional certification in beauty therapy, aesthetics or an equivalent vocational qualification.
