Chanel in Taipei is hiring a Skincare Specialist (nationwide touring team) to perform treatments, lead consultations and drive luxury beauty sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skin consultations and diagnostic assessments to discerning clients, translating analysis into bespoke skincare programmes and product recommendations.
- Perform professional facial treatments and in‑counter rituals in line with Chanel protocols and hygiene standards.
- Drive retail sales through persuasive, consultative selling and meticulous clienteling to build long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Manage client records and follow‑up communications to ensure service continuity and client satisfaction.
- Represent the brand at in‑store events, demonstrations and pop‑up activations; provide merchandising support and ensure visual presentation aligns with Chanel standards.
- Operate as part of a nationwide touring team, travelling across Taiwan to support multiple boutiques and temporary activations as required.
- Contribute to product training, share best practices with peers and ensure up‑to‑date knowledge of launches and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Valid esthetician or cosmetology certification preferred; formal training in facial treatments advantageous.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and travel across Taiwan.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to converse confidently with premium clientele.
- Commitment to maintain Chanel brand standards, confidentiality and luxury presentation.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 2+ years of professional experience in skincare, cosmetics retail or spa/esthetic environments, ideally within a luxury beauty or premium cosmetics brand; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in aesthetics, cosmetology or related discipline preferred.
