Chanel is hiring a Skincare Specialist in Hsinchu City, Taiwan — deliver facial treatments, skincare consultations and luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skin consultations and bespoke facial treatments consistent with Chanel product protocols and brand standards.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through expert product recommendations, upselling, and proactive clienteling.
- Build and maintain a high-value client book, manage follow-ups, appointment scheduling and aftercare advice to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chanel skincare formulations, active ingredients and treatment protocols; participate in mandatory brand training.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, support stock control and ensure accurate treatment and sales documentation.
- Uphold salon hygiene, sterilisation and safety standards; ensure treatment area and retail displays reflect Chanel presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Esthetician, cosmetology or equivalent professional skincare certification preferred; compliance with any local licensing requirements.
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience performing facial treatments and consultations within luxury retail, spa or prestige beauty environments.
- Proven track record in retail sales or client development, with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to build trust with discerning clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct service experience in skincare or spa treatments within a luxury retail or high-end spa setting, with proven sales performance and client retention.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; esthetician/cosmetology qualification preferred.
