Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily operation of the press showroom for seasonal ready-to-wear collections, ensuring displays are presentation-ready and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate sample preparation, tagging, steaming and dressing for press appointments, stylists and photo shoots.
  • Manage the scheduling of press and stylist appointments; handle check-ins and maintain appointment records.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and sample tracking systems; process inbound and outbound shipments and returns.
  • Assist PR team with preparation of press dossiers, lookbooks and press kits for showroom presentations.
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, production, PR) and external partners (press, stylists, couriers) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide on-site support during showroom viewings and media events, including client hospitality and logistics.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and care of haute couture and ready-to-wear pieces at all times.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Fashion, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion editorial, press relations and luxury brand presentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanour when interacting with press, stylists and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during showroom events; reliable and proactive under pressure.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality when handling proprietary collections and press materials.

Experience

Previous internship or part-time experience in a fashion house, PR agency, showroom or editorial environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable exposure to fashion press operations, styling or sample management will be considered a strong asset.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
