Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in inventory management and reporting for collections and accessories.
- Manage internal requests from Production teams for ready-to-wear and accessories, including dispatch and return logistics.
- Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained, facilitating preparations for shopping and appointments.
- Assist in the bi-weekly visual merchandising of accessory displays following Image department guidelines.
- Perform minor garment repairs and coordinate dry cleaning and after-sales service for collections.
- Support event preparation, including logistics and packaging.
- Contribute to the Vestiaire Project by assisting with inventory and catalog creation for the showroom and celebrity wardrobes.
- Prepare activity reports for the Vestiaire Project.
- Select outfits for appointments and ensure the return of loaned pieces in good condition, reporting any discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on the inventory of showroom presentation tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program with a focus on communication, press, or fashion.
- Recognized for strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but a background in fashion or communication is advantageous.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
