Join Chanel in Paris as a Showroom Press Assistant Intern. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to engage with luxury fashion collections and support the Press and External Relations department.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in inventory management and reporting for collections and accessories.
  • Manage internal requests from Production teams for ready-to-wear and accessories, including dispatch and return logistics.
  • Ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained, facilitating preparations for shopping and appointments.
  • Assist in the bi-weekly visual merchandising of accessory displays following Image department guidelines.
  • Perform minor garment repairs and coordinate dry cleaning and after-sales service for collections.
  • Support event preparation, including logistics and packaging.
  • Contribute to the Vestiaire Project by assisting with inventory and catalog creation for the showroom and celebrity wardrobes.
  • Prepare activity reports for the Vestiaire Project.
  • Select outfits for appointments and ensure the return of loaned pieces in good condition, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report on the inventory of showroom presentation tools.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university program with a focus on communication, press, or fashion.
  • Recognized for strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Logical thinking and a strong product sensitivity. Basic sewing skills.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in fashion or communication is advantageous.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
