Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the various stages of footwear product development.
- Create and disseminate KPIs for model industrialisation progress.
- Oversee special projects aimed at product improvement.
- Manage projects related to the circularity and traceability of finished product components.
- Guide manufacturers and suppliers in reducing environmental impacts from production.
- Report project progress to the Sustainable Development team in Paris.
- Draft manuals and procedures that integrate the desired transformation standards of the Maison.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles within the fashion and luxury sector.
- Teamwork aptitude.
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad (France).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Professional proficiency in English and/or French.
