Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end organization design and operating model projects across multiple functions, from diagnostic to implementation.
- Design target operating models, role architectures, governance frameworks and decision-rights; produce clear role descriptions and RACI matrices.
- Partner closely with HR business partners, executive stakeholders and external consultancies to translate strategic imperatives into organizational change.
- Plan and manage project timelines, resources and budgets; track milestones and escalate risks to senior leadership as needed.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and design sessions to surface insights, align leaders and secure sponsorship.
- Develop business cases, capacity models and workforce plans to support proposed organizational changes.
- Drive change management activities including communication plans, training alignment and transition support to ensure adoption.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrable expertise in organization design, operating-model transformation or HR transformation at a global or matrixed company.
- Strong analytical capability with experience producing role sizing, span-of-control analysis and business-case documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven facilitation skills and experience leading multi-stakeholder workshops.
Skills
Experience
Typically 6–10 years of progressive experience in organization design, HR transformation, management consulting or a comparable strategic role, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional change programs.
Education
Master's degree preferred in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related field; equivalent professional experience acceptable.
