Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Data Governance Committee, facilitating meetings and driving cross-functional collaboration to support data governance strategy.
- Ensure compliance with global and local data privacy regulations, championing best practices in data quality, security, privacy, and accessibility.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key data initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage data program roadmaps, resources, and risks, reporting on outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure client data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local data stewards to uphold data standards and ensure secure, compliant data management.
- Facilitate and enable digital marketing activation and data insights in Korea by liaising with client data platform and solution owners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Korean language for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of mentoring and developing data professionals.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance with data regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proven experience in data management and enablement, with a focus on governance, program management, and client data management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
