Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute the integrated media strategy to align with brand and business objectives.
  • Enhance media efficiency and manage media investments effectively.
  • Collaborate with PR and business teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Contribute to the integration of Paid, Owned, and Earned (POE) media channels.
  • Stay abreast of evolving media trends and define their implications for the brand.
  • Test and learn new approaches to improve media efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in the media industry, with a focus on strategy media planning and insights.
  • Proven track record in account leadership and strategy management, preferably on the agency side.
  • Strategic media planning experience for multiple product lines, preferably in-house.
  • Experience with luxury brand media is preferred.
  • Mainland China working experience is required.

Skills

Expertise in audience and media planning across 360 touchpoints and omni-channel platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in analytics. Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

Experience

A minimum of 15 years in media industry roles, with a focus on strategy media planning, insights, and analytics.
