Role & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, bespoke client service and product advice for Chanel fragrance and beauty ranges at point of sale.
- Support the store team during the holiday peak by actively engaging clients, driving conversion and achieving daily sales objectives.
- Maintain luxury retail standards: visual merchandising, replenishment, neat presentation and stock organisation.
- Operate the POS system, process transactions and ensure accurate cash-handling and sales reporting.
- Participate in product training and brand briefings to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and compliance with Chanel guidelines.
- Assist with gift services, sample distribution and seasonal promotion execution.
- Collaborate with the retail team to manage fittings of promotional displays and to prepare the boutique for peak trading hours.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a relevant educational programme (business, marketing, cosmetics, hospitality, or luxury management) and eligibility for an internship contract.
- Available for full-time shifts during the November–January holiday period, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour and a professional presentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
- Reliability, punctuality and the capacity to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent French expected; conversational English is an asset.

Experience
No extensive prior experience required; previous retail or beauty counter experience is advantageous and will be considered positively.
Education
Enrolled in a tertiary programme in business, marketing, cosmetics, retail or luxury management (Bachelor's, BTS/DUT or equivalent) and able to undertake a formal internship agreement.
