Sales Support Intern
Chanel is hiring a Sales Support Intern in Zurich to assist store operations, clienteling and inventory for the fashion team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store and sales operations, including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM; assist with clienteling activities and appointment management.
- Prepare and process sales paperwork, inter-store transfers and online order fulfilment as required.
- Assist the store team with visual merchandising and presentation to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Contribute to sales reporting, basic data consolidation and ad-hoc administrative projects using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support in-store events and VIP visits, coordinating logistics, invitations and client follow-up.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Professional proficiency in German and strong working proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury fashion and retail with a client-centric mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills, discretion and meticulous attention to detail.
- Legal right to work in Switzerland for the duration of the internship.

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred; internships or part-time roles in luxury retail, boutique operations or client services are advantageous but not strictly required.
Education
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme in business, fashion, retail management, marketing or a related field.
