Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Geneva Watches & Fine Jewelry sales team, including calendar and appointment management.
  • Manage client files and CRM entries, ensuring accuracy of contact information, purchase history and follow-up actions.
  • Process sales-related documentation: order entry, invoicing support, consignment and transfer paperwork, and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics with boutiques, workshops and central departments for repairs, servicing and bespoke requests.
  • Prepare sales reports, inventory reconciliations and post‑sale documentation for management review.
  • Support client events and private viewings: guest lists, invitations, on-site coordination and post-event follow-up.
  • Respond to client enquiries with discretion and professionalism, escalating complex requests to senior advisors.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, luxury brand management, retail, marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English; French proficiency is highly advantageous given the Geneva location.
  • Impeccable discretion, client service orientation and attention to detail appropriate to high‑end retail.
  • Organisational maturity to manage competing priorities and confidential client information.

Experience

Internship-level role; previous retail, luxury or client-facing internship experience preferred but not required. Any hands-on exposure to sales operations, stock control or CRM usage will be considered an advantage.

Education

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme in business, retail management, marketing, luxury brand management or a related discipline.
