Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the boutique sales team, including order processing, invoicing and delivery coordination.
- Assist with clienteling activities: prepare client dossiers, manage appointment schedules and follow up on client enquiries with discretion.
- Support stock management and replenishment processes, including inventory controls, incoming deliveries and boutique stock organisation.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique standards under guidance, ensuring presentation adheres to brand guidelines.
- Prepare sales and client reports, reconcile POS transactions and assist with basic sales analysis for the boutique.
- Support boutique events and VIP appointments, coordinating logistics and on-site assistance as required.
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, mailings, CRM data updates) to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Retail Management or a related discipline.
- Legal entitlement to undertake an internship in Switzerland.
- Professional demeanour, high level of discretion and an appreciation for luxury brand standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Customer-service orientation and a desire to learn retail operations within a high-expectation environment; prior customer-facing experience is advantageous.

Experience
Internship-level role; some prior retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Academic projects or part-time roles in retail will be considered an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Retail Management or related field.
