Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize, implement, and manage sales processes within the boutique.
  • Analyze KPIs and develop action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines across all sales operations.
  • Create staffing, travel, and vacation schedules.
  • Provide professional leadership to sales staff.
  • Ensure exceptional service experiences for international clients.
  • Strategically build local and international clientele using digital tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Fashion Training team.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience, ideally in a leadership position within the retail sector.
  • Completed commercial training or degree.
  • Expertise in handling discerning clients with a high level of service orientation and commitment.

Skills

Result-oriented mindset and strategic abilities. Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience

Several years of experience, ideally in a leadership position within the retail sector.

Education

Completed commercial training or degree.
