Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the boutique sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and conversion goals.
  • Deliver an exemplary clienteling programme: develop VIP client relationships, oversee appointments and after-sales service.
  • Recruit, train and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and implement individualized development plans.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Ensure flawless visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards for store presentation and product placement.
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports, forecasts and market insights; implement action plans to optimise performance.
  • Act as primary liaison with regional management to execute commercial initiatives, marketing activations and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in premium or luxury retail with responsibility for a boutique or store team.
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs in a retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented, client-focused approach appropriate for high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience in staff rostering, inventory management and operational compliance.
  • Fluent French; proficiency in English is highly desirable (language requirements not specified in source).

Experience
