Chanel seeks a Sales Manager for Dubai Duty Free in Dubai — lead boutique operations, exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the boutique team at Dubai Duty Free to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences through personalised clienteling, VIP service and post‑sale relationship management.
  • Manage daily retail operations including staff rostering, visual merchandising standards, inventory control and loss‑prevention protocols.
  • Implement Chanel commercial initiatives, brand standards and merchandising directives in the travel‑retail environment.
  • Analyse sales performance and market trends; prepare regular reports and action plans for senior retail management.
  • Liaise with Dubai Duty Free operations and Chanel regional teams to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and commercial requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with a professional presence appropriate to a luxury brand environment.
  • Authorization to work in the UAE (local residency/work permit) and availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate KPIs into team activities and sales outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with high‑value clients and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Experience

Minimum 5 years in luxury retail sales with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity; prior experience in travel retail or duty‑free environments is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or related discipline preferred; equivalent professional retail experience will be considered.
