Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, manage boutique reception and coordinate appointment bookings for sales advisors.
- Provide floor support during client interactions: assist with product presentations, fittings and client enquiries.
- Support boutique operations including stock receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and back-office organisation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, exchanges and returns using the point-of-sale system; assist with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM; follow up on client requests and after-sales service tasks.
- Assist with event preparation, private appointments and bespoke client services (e.g. gift-wrapping, packaging).
- Perform general administrative duties: telephone and e-mail handling, appointment confirmations and miscellaneous boutique support tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or vocational programme in fashion, business, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Polished professional presentation and an impeccable client-service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High attention to detail and ability to uphold exacting visual and operational standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings; reliable and punctual.
- Proficiency in French and English advantageous; Dutch is a plus for the Brussels market.

Experience
Previous client-facing experience in retail, hospitality or luxury service environments is desirable but not required; prior exposure to boutique operations or sales support is an advantage.
Education
Enrolment in or recent completion of a tertiary programme (bachelor/vocational) in fashion, business, hospitality or a related field.
