Chanel — Sales Intern (Fashion) in Saint Tropez. Internship starting April 2026: client-facing boutique role supporting sales, merchandising and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support boutique sales advisors in delivering exceptional, personalized client service and building long‑term relationships.
  • Assist with clienteling activities: appointment management, follow‑ups, CRM record maintenance and VIP client communications.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the boutique point‑of‑sale system and handle daily cashing/administrative tasks.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation to Chanel standards, including replenishment and product displays.
  • Participate in stock management: receiving deliveries, organising back‑office stock and assisting with inventory controls.
  • Prepare and support in‑store events and private client appointments, ensuring seamless guest experience.
  • Learn and communicate product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, accessories and seasonal collections.
  • Undertake on‑the‑job training modules and complete assigned learning objectives set by the boutique management.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a tertiary program in fashion, luxury management, business or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in luxury fashion and client service.
  • Availability to start in April 2026 and to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and high season peaks.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and a customer‑centric attitude.
  • Basic numeracy and comfort operating POS systems; attention to detail in administrative tasks.

Experience
