Sales Consultant
Chanel seeks a Sales Advisor (CDI) in Paris for Galeries Lafayette Haussmann — permanent full-time role delivering personalised luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate product collections with authoritative product knowledge across relevant categories, tailoring recommendations to client needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs while contributing to boutique performance at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after‑sales service with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, boutique presentation and housekeeping; support stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Participate in boutique events, private appointments and cross-functional initiatives to enhance client experience and brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and luxury retail regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail and client-facing roles; prior experience in a premium or luxury boutique is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a service-oriented demeanour suited to high-net-worth clientele.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling techniques to drive repeat business.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods; right to work in France.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion and beauty sectors. Demonstrated experience in clienteling and meeting individual sales targets is desirable.
Education
Secondary education certificate or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or hospitality is advantageous.
