Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that reflects Chanel’s standards of service and brand heritage.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and relationship building.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across fashion collections, accessories and seasonal launches to advise clients authoritatively.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales service with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support visual merchandising and ensure boutique presentation adheres to global guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Oversee stock integrity: receive, record and replenish merchandise while complying with inventory and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate appointments, private viewings and boutique events to cultivate the client base and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to ensure seamless operations, shift handovers and exemplary client follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Polished professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills suitable for high-end clientele.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and boutique events.
  • High level of discretion, numeracy and attention to detail in handling client information and transactions.

Experience

Preferably 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury retail or a premium fashion boutique, with demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.

Secondary education; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
