Role & Responsibilities

  • Support sales managers in supervising sales teams and managing daily operations.
  • Assist in organizing sales team schedules and optimizing sales force presence.
  • Ensure adherence to boutique procedures and standards.
  • Coordinate boutique opening logistics, including team coordination and setup of watch displays.
  • Monitor and control merchandising standards.
  • Manage reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers.
  • Provide customer service and advice during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
  • Previous experience in luxury sales.

Skills

Strong interest in fashion and retail. Dynamic with excellent service orientation. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English. Proficient in IT tools.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury sales is required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business school or university.
