Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales managers in supervising sales teams and managing daily operations.
- Assist in organizing sales team schedules and optimizing workforce presence.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to boutique procedures and guidelines.
- Coordinate boutique opening activities, including team management and supply organization.
- Monitor and control merchandising standards.
- Oversee reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers.
- Provide customer service and advice during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Student from a business school or university with initial experience in luxury sales.
- Interest in fashion and retail industry.
- Dynamic, service-oriented, and meticulous.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in IT tools.
