Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations including greeting clients, managing appointments and facilitating sales transactions with discretion and professionalism
  • Develop client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up, contributing to sales targets and client retention
  • Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation to Chanel standards, including window dressing and in-store displays
  • Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, returns processing and accurate record-keeping
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions and ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures
  • Provide administrative assistance: update CRM notes, prepare client communications and support post-sale services such as alterations or repairs

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a tertiary programme in business, fashion, luxury management, hospitality or a related discipline
  • Impeccable interpersonal presentation, strong client-service orientation and high standards of discretion
  • Legal eligibility to complete an internship in Monaco for the specified summer period
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English

Experience

Previous retail or luxury internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a strong customer-service background will be considered positively.
