Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships both in-person and over the phone.
  • Assist on the sales floor, adhering to Chanel's standards of customer service, including welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
  • Support administrative tasks such as preparing packaging, gift wrapping, and accurately documenting messages for Fashion Advisors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
  • Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
  • Ensure the integrity and organization of inventory at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations and/or stock management.

Skills

Customer service orientation Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams Fluency in English; a second language is advantageous
