Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by establishing and maintaining strong client relationships both in-person and over the phone.
- Assist on the sales floor, adhering to Chanel's standards of customer service, including welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
- Support administrative tasks such as preparing packaging, gift wrapping, and accurately documenting messages for Fashion Advisors.
- Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
- Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
- Ensure the integrity and organization of inventory at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas and ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of successful experience in retail operations and/or stock management.
