Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through prompt and appropriate communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and clients, adhering to Chanel's standards.
- Assist on the shop floor, welcoming clients and presenting new collections.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
- Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping.
- Document messages accurately and deliver them to Fashion Advisors promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
- Ensure inventory integrity and organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-office areas.
- Ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in retail operations or stock management.
