Chanel Calgary is hiring a Sales & Stock Support associate to assist retail operations, inventory management and client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales floor by replenishing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organisation and preparing fitting-room and sales-floor stock.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; accurately log goods and prepare stock transfers using store inventory systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies; assist in loss-prevention measures.
- Assist visual merchandising and store presentation teams by preparing product for display and executing basic merchandising directives.
- Provide discreet, high-standard client support when required, including order preparation, reservations and backstage assistance to sales advisors.
- Collaborate with store management to prioritise tasks, manage peak-day logistics and ensure compliance with operational procedures and health & safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Physical capability to handle stock-handling duties (lifting, standing, sustained movement).
- Professional discretion and a client-focused demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Previous retail or stockroom experience; experience within luxury or premium retail preferred.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail or warehouse/stockroom experience, ideally within a luxury or high-end retail context. Experience supporting a sales floor and conducting inventory control is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or certifications are a plus.
